FREE AND INSURED SHIPPING
All packages to Germany are sent free of charge for you. Up to a value of €300, your package will be sent with UPS / FEDEX OR DHL and takes about 2-4 working days. If you prefer fast shipping, you can of course upgrade any order to Fedex Priority for a small surcharge. Shipping to other countries is also possible.
PAYMENTS
We offer various payment methods for your convenience. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your order if we have not received payment within five (5) business days.
PAYPAL
You will be redirected to the Paypal website and asked to login to your Paypal account and confirm the payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email from us. Afterwards, a member of our team will get in touch with you to arrange for shipping
CREDIT CARD
During the ordering process, you will be briefly redirected to the screen for secure credit card payments. The order is then complete and you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
BANK TRANSFER
If you choose this payment method, you will receive an email with a summary of your order. Please wait until you receive an order summary email before making a payment to receive an order number for reference. Please transfer the exact amount stated in the email to our bank account . As soon as we have received the payment, we will send the package immediately.
